Emily Rose Papers has taken a hiatus from blogging in order to make our upcoming posts easier to navigate and read. With so many clients relying on an iPhone or other 3G wireless device to browse the internet, we’ve been looking for the best way to keep up.

Please pardon the delay as we gather the proper information about the topics that our visitors would find informational. We plan to cover etiquette and useful tips as well as general explanations for common wedding traditions, so that our blog is both resourceful and creatively inspiring.

If you would like to be notified when the blog is relaunched, please drop us an e-mail at info@emilyrosepapers.com with “blog relaunch” in the subject line and we’ll be sure to send you an e-mail.

Thank you!

Recently, Inside Weddings magazine featured the menus we created for Heather Zand and Bart Rachmil who were married on November 10, 2007. Although this wedding was over a year ago, the style remains timeless.

Linda Howard’s Sensational Celebrations created a very rich, classic color palette for the décor, using champagne and gold to set a warm and elegant tone for this wedding. For a more modern edge, lavender roses and green hydrangea added elements of contemporary colors.

Jay Lawrence Goldman Photography captured how the menu colors coordinated with the décor. Custom programs and coordinating escort cards (not pictured) were also created to keep the style consistent throughout the wedding.

By incorporating classic neutral tones in the color theme of any event, the result is a wonderful opportunity to explore beautiful accent colors, while retaining the elegance of any formal affair.
